About this one
The heaviest cloth we put on the straight block. It takes a fortnight to stop feeling like furniture, and after that it holds a crease behind the knee that a lighter pair never will. One rinse only, so it is graded 2 for transfer.
Straight: One width from the knee to the hem. The reference block every other fit here is cut from.
Rinse: Dyed, then rinsed once to take the loom finish off. Nothing else was done to it, which is why it is the darkest thing we sell and the one that transfers most.
Care
- Wash it separately the first time. It will colour anything that is in the drum with it.
- Wash at 30 °C, cold to lukewarm.
- Turn it inside out first.
- Do not tumble dry. Hang it to dry instead.
- Turn it inside out, wash it cold, hang it to dry. Do not tumble dry.
