We have not appointed a data protection officer, because our processing does not meet the criteria in art. 37 GDPR. The address above reaches the people who actually handle these requests.

What we do not collect
- No card data. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page. They are never transmitted to or stored by this site.
- No special category data under art. 9 GDPR, ever.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
- No purchase of mailing lists, and no sale of yours.
Separation of consents
Consent to marketing is asked for separately from the processing needed to fulfil your order, on a separate unticked box, and refusing it has no effect whatsoever on your ability to buy. You can withdraw it at any time from any email we send or by writing to us, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of anything done beforehand.
Who else sees your data
- The carrier delivering your parcel, which needs your name, address and telephone number.
- The payment provider, which processes the payment under its own controllership.
- Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under art. 28 GDPR contracts.
- Our accountants and, where the law requires it, public authorities.
Where a processor is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Ask us and we will tell you which applies to which provider.
Your rights
Under arts. 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, for its rectification or erasure, for restriction of processing, and for portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to order records is limited to the people who handle orders and support. Records are deleted on the schedule in the table above rather than kept indefinitely, which is the simplest security measure there is.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top of the page. Where a change is material we tell you by email before it takes effect.
