Terms of sale

1. Who you are contracting with

Indacco is a trading name of that company. Further identifying details are on the legal notice.

2. Who these terms are for

This shop sells to consumers, that is to natural persons acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Consumers benefit from the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity. Where you are buying in the course of a business, the withdrawal right and the consumer guarantee provisions do not apply to you.

You must be at least 18 to place an order on your own account. Customers aged 13 to 17 must give a parent or guardian’s email address at checkout, and we confirm the order with that person before dispatch. This shop is not directed at children under 13.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) only. There is no currency selector on this site and no second currency is displayed anywhere.
• Product prices range from 78 to 458 US dollars. Shipping is quoted separately and shown before you are asked to pay.
• Italian value added tax at 22% is applied where the sale is subject to it. For destinations outside the European Union the sale is generally treated as an export and Italian VAT is not charged, but import duty, import VAT and customs handling fees may be charged to you by your own authorities on arrival. Those charges are set by your country, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price.
• Where a price is shown next to a struck-through reference price, that reference is the lowest price at which we offered the same item in the 30 days before the reduction, as art. 17-bis of the Consumer Code requires. Where we cannot satisfy that test, no reference price is shown at all — which is why you will not currently find one anywhere on this site.
• On set pages we show what the pieces would cost bought separately. That figure is a comparison against the individual products’ current prices, not a former price of the set, and it is labelled as such on the page.

4. How an order is formed

1. You add items to your bag and go to checkout.
2. You give the delivery details and confirm the consents. The button to continue stays locked until every required field is complete.
3. You complete the payment step. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
4. If we cannot supply an item — an obvious pricing error, an item that has sold out between your order and our confirmation, or a destination we may not ship to — we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid for it in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken over an encrypted connection by a payment provider that is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Card details are entered on that provider’s hosted page. This site does not collect, transmit or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes at any point.

6. Delivery

• We dispatch from the European Union. Standard shipping is free on orders over USD 129; below that threshold it is charged at the rate shown at checkout for your destination.
• Unless we have agreed a different date with you, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract, which is the maximum the Consumer Code allows. In practice orders leave us far sooner; hemming adds two to four working days.
• If we miss that deadline, you may give us an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If we miss that too, you may terminate the contract and we will refund everything you paid without undue delay.
• Risk passes to you when you, or a carrier you chose yourself rather than one we offered, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Shipping restrictions and export

We ship only to the destinations offered in the country list at checkout. That list currently contains 42 destinations and is maintained so that it excludes any country or territory subject to European Union or United Nations restrictive measures. Orders to addresses outside the list cannot be placed and will not be fulfilled.

The goods sold here are ordinary textile garments and are not subject to export licensing. You are nevertheless responsible for making sure that importing them into your own country is lawful, and for any import duty, import VAT or handling fee your authorities charge. We do not under-declare the value of a parcel or mark a purchase as a gift, and we will decline any request to do so.

We do not sell goods that infringe third-party intellectual property, and we do not sell any product in a category prohibited by our payment provider: no gambling, no adult goods, no lending or money transmission, no cryptocurrency, no firearms or ammunition, no tobacco or alcohol, no pharmaceuticals, no weapons, no financial investments, no fireworks or explosives, and no regulated medical treatment.

8. Promotions

These are all of the offers this shop runs, and their conditions.

We do not operate a membership, a subscription, a points scheme, a wallet or store credit. We will never introduce a recurring charge without a separate, explicit agreement from you.

9. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from the day the goods reach you to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The procedure, the deadlines, the refund timing and the statutory withdrawal form are set out in full on the right of withdrawal page, and the practical steps are on shipping, returns and refunds.

Before dispatch you may cancel an order at any time by writing to support@leoneabbigliamento.store; if it has not yet gone to the carrier we will stop it and refund you in full.

10. Conformity of the goods

Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years. That page also explains two characteristics of denim that are not defects — indigo transfer and shrinkage of unwashed cloth — and the strict condition on which we rely on that position, namely that the figures were published on the product page before you bought.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to support@leoneabbigliamento.store or call +39 338 264 7519. We answer every message within one working day and aim to resolve a complaint within 14 days.

• You may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
• You may ask the Camera di Commercio di Bari to mediate, under the joint conciliation procedures it offers to consumers.
• You may report unfair commercial practices to the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.
• Nothing here prevents you from going to court.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every contract formed under them are governed by Italian law. Where you are a consumer, the courts of your own place of residence or domicile have exclusive jurisdiction, and you keep the protection of any mandatory rule of the country in which you habitually reside.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order, and we keep dated copies. Ask us and we will send you the version that applied to yours.
