Right of withdrawal & cancellation

The right

You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier whom you have named, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day the last item arrives.

How to withdraw

Tell us in an unequivocal statement before the 14 days are up. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to — an email saying you have changed your mind is enough.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period expires. We will acknowledge it on a durable medium without delay and send you the return instructions and the address to use.

Sending the goods back

• Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before that period is over.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We estimate that cost at USD 12 to 35 depending on your destination and the carrier you choose. We do not deduct it from your refund; you pay your carrier directly.
• You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying trousers on the way you would in a shop is fine. Wearing them outdoors, washing them, altering them or removing the tags is not.

Your refund

• We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
• The refund is made using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee from us as a result of the refund.
• If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the standard cost rather than the premium one.

The two exceptions

Sets. A set is sold and priced as one item. You may withdraw from the whole set, but not from one piece of it while keeping the rest at the set price. If you want only part of a set, return the set and buy the piece you want on its own.

There is no other exception. In particular, we do not treat a pair as non-returnable because it was on offer, because a code was used, or because it was the last one in that size.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It reproduces Annex I, part B of the Consumer Rights Directive as transposed into Italian law.

Cancelling before dispatch

You do not need to wait for delivery to change your mind. Write to support@leoneabbigliamento.store quoting your order reference and, if the parcel has not yet gone to the carrier, we will stop it and refund you in full with nothing to send back.
