About this one
Dyed with sulphur black rather than indigo, so the ageing pattern is completely different: instead of turning pale blue at the knees it goes an even charcoal grey. It still marks light fabric for the first few wears, and it is graded 2 for the same reason the rinse is.
Straight: One width from the knee to the hem. The reference block every other fit here is cut from.
Black: Not indigo. A sulphur black dye that greys down over time rather than going pale blue. It marks light fabric in its own way for the first few wears.
Care
- Wash it separately the first time. It will colour anything that is in the drum with it.
- Wash at 30 °C, cold to lukewarm.
- Turn it inside out first.
- Do not tumble dry. Hang it to dry instead.
- Turn it inside out, wash it cold, hang it to dry. Do not tumble dry.
